Like I said I would post up some photos of the new arrivals. They are about 1 to 2 weeks old now and doing very well.

Today was the sausage sizzle

Well today was the sausage sizzle at Bunnings Cairns. Nearly all the members turned up which was excellent. We needed every available hand.

The sizzle turned out very well, selling approximately 540 sausages. We also recieved some donations to top it off.

You wouldnt believe it but we went through 20kg of onions and still ran out!!!!

All up we raised quite a lot of funds which will go towards our never ending vet bills and dog training needs.

Many thanks for everyones help and also a thanks for those who purchased a sausage from us or donated.

Also a special thankyou to Bunnings Cairns for inviting us along and providing all the necessary equipment.

New arrivals for ASDOGS(NQ)

ASDOG "Muffin" had 2 pups on the 22nd December. They are a Vizla, Golden Retriever cross.

So after about 8 to 10 weeks we will be looking for some puppy raisers.

Santas helpers have been found!!!!

Smurfy is one of ASDOGS(NQ) dogs. He is being employed as a stud dog to help the association produce top quality assistance dogs. He is a beautiful dog with an excellent nature. At the moment he is on secondment with Santa.

Kaiser is a public relations (PR dog) for ASDOGS(NQ). He found out that Santa has heaps of food at his house so quickly decided to take up temporary employment with him. I wonder if we will see Kaiser again? I would say so after the food dries up.
